ICICT 2026 – The 9th International Conference on Information and Computer Technologies was successfully convened, with over 100 participants representing diverse countries and regions. The conference program included two distinguished keynote speeches, a Best Student Paper Competition, six parallel sessions, and four online sessions. The thematic scope encompassed Image Processing and Computer Vision; Natural Language Processing and Large Language Model Technologies; Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Human-Computer Interaction; Foundational AI Theory and Interdisciplinary Applications; as well as Network and Information Security (including Wireless Networks and AI Security). During the conference banquet, the Conference Chairs officially announced the recipients of the Best Student Paper Award and six Best Oral Presentation Awards.
